Sports and Performance massage is focused on improving our client's ability to move, lift, hold sustained positions, express full range of motion, and engage their muscles. The goal is to be able to perform pain free and with minimal restriction and tension. This type of massage is not limited athletes, it is helpful for anyone who has physically demanding jobs, people who exercise (or wish to be more active), and those who have to hold strenuous positions for long periods of time: like nurses, dental assistants, construction workers, etc. These session often include, stretching, cupping, trigger point, myofascial release, active release, muscular mobilization, and structural integration.

The 60 minute sports and performance massage is a good choice for maintenance once you have reached your goals, as well as for people that have loose goals of increasing activity, improving flexibility, mobilizing joints, and freeing up movement. This session is not ideal for individuals with advanced concerns or goals, however it is targeted towards addressing simple concerns that are focused on 1-2
areas of the body with minimal pain and need some loosening and mobilizing.

90 Minutes

This 90 minute session is the
most common choice for athletes and individuals who have performance goals that they are trying to reach.. This session is intended to stretch, mobilize, and stabilize. Whether its addressing knots, muscular restrictions, fascial adhesions, or joint mobility. With this session we will work together with you to reach your goals by applying advanced soft tissue and manual therapy techniques, assisted stretches, and ideas for exercises.

120 Minutes

The 2 hour sports and performance massage is the ideal session for athletes or individuals who has specific goals that they hope to attain. This session includes in-depth discovery of our client's goals, assessment of areas of the body that need to be addressed, application of techniques to mobilize and stabilize various areas of the body, stretches to assist with reaching our client's goals, and suggestions for stretches and exercises that are intended help reach those goals.
